WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

Depending on the value of your order, you may need to pay customs and import duties. If your package is subject to it, the person who receives the package is responsible for covering these costs. For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, to be paid to the DHL carrier upon receipt of the package.

WHAT TIME WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Once the order has been validated, you can track its progress using the tracking number in your account under the by e-mail to info@marievigue.com.
Once the parcel has been delivered to our carriers, we cannot be held responsible for its loss or theft. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number in order to open an investigation into the routing of your parcel.

RETURN WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned within 30 days (15 days during sales) of receipt of your order. This must be returned intact to the following address:

  • Please complete the form you receive in your package (order number and references of returned items)
  • You must not have worn or washed the items.
  • Cosmetics, jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • All item labels must still be attached to it.
  • Marie Vigue will refund items returned within 7 days. Return conditions for the rest of the world (outside the EU): If you want to return an order, you must contact our customer service by sending an email to info@marievigue.com

Have you received a damaged product or a product complaint? These items cannot be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to customer service via info@marievigue.com our by whatsapp directly in our webpage.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your expense. Please return your items using standard tracking service.
We advise you to keep your proof of shipment until receipt of your refund, in case your order is lost on the way to Marievigue.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

We are very sorry that you received a defective item! Please contact our customer service with a photo of the defective item and your order number at info@marievigue.com our by whatsapp directly in our webpage.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

If you have not received a refund within 7 days of returning the items, please contact us at info@marievigue.com our send us whatsapp directly in the webpage sending us the proof of shipment information on your ticket and we’ll check it for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change the information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW TO USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
